Our studio is made up of creative, energetic ‘out-of-the-box’ seekers. Our studio culture is about collaborative works; a collective of individual free-lance designers and collaboration with independent studios.

Charmaine Wong

Charmaine graduated with an architectural Honors & Masters degree from the National University of Singapore. Her foundation years were established in DP Architects, where she was equipped and placed in the position of Senior Associate & Project Architect. She has completed commercial and hospitality projects such as Grand Park Orchard Hotel and Claymore Connect Shopping Mall.
Her vision to use design to engage users from all walks of life and her desire to design the smaller of things had led her to spearhead the architectural practice Chalk Architects and interior design firm Chark Private Limited.
Charmaine believes that her designs should give delight and be rooted with well-meanings.
Jacob Ishak
B.A. Interior Design
Jacob graduated with an interior design first class Honors degree from Lasalle College of Arts, Singapore.
His design approach consists of varied material exploration with sensitive detailing. Creative solutions are customized to suit each design’s demand.
Jacob believes a successful project is one that embodies a good balance between design and functionality regardless the scale and complexity. Design is to be practical and beautiful.
